About Me

Ro is the Broker of Riddle Realty, located on County Road 484 in Belleview.  Ro has been in Real Estate for over 21 years. Ro is recongized among her piers as "one of the best". Ro has a background in Paralegal and is a graduate of Westchester Community College in New York state.

One of four children, she is of Italian descent and was born and raised in New York.

She has been married to Paul Riddle Sr., for over 31 years.  Paul is the President/Owner of Riddle Engineering located in Marion County, FL.  He is a graduate of the US Military Academy, West Point, New York. 

Ro & Paul have two sons.  Paul Jr. is also an engineer specializing in structural/civil engineering.  Paul is married to Tracy.  Paul and Tracy have two sons Cadence and Dominic. 

Jason, the youngest son, is married to Amanda, Ro's assistant and right-hand.  Jason is the CAD supervisor @ Riddle Engineering. 

Ro loves to travel and play golf.  Ro' moto is "work hard, play hard". 

Community Involvement


As a caring professional, Ro donates her time, abilities, and enthusiasm to many community activities. ROTARY is high on her priority list. Ro is a past president of The Rotary club of Belleview and has been named Rotarian of the Year. 

While her boys were going up, Ro and her husband Paul coached baseball for 11 years. She volunteers her time to Belleview High School on the many different committees. She is very active at many of the sports events at Belleview High School.

Ro believes that it's important to contribute to the community where she lives and works. The satisfaction she receives from seeing Marion County thrive and grow is well worth the effort.

Professionally, Ro presently is the Vice President of  the Ocala Marion County Board of REALTORS.
